What you’ll be doing
The eviQ Digital and Knowledge Business Partner will lead and support the integration of the eviQ program (combining eviQ and eviQ Education) including managing and overseeing all aspects of the project to rebuild a consolidated eviQ website. This includes prework to streamline and optimise eviQ program content and business processes in preparation for a complete rebuild of the website. Following the rebuild the role will support ongoing standardisation and rationalisation of website processes and content, embedding of eviQ protocols into the Single Digital Patient Record and alignment of the broader program activities aligned to future needs.
This role will work closely with the eviQ Program Managers, eviQ Product Manager, eviQ Content Authors, eviQ Education team, eviQ stakeholders and the IMT project team and technical team.
Remuneration/Benefits
In addition to base salary:
- 5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

Essential requirements
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience of the eviQ program websites and Kentico platform.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience of the eviQ program and business processes.
- Demonstrated project management skills with high level organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex. requirements and processes.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High-level analytical, critical thinking and evaluation skills.
- High level understanding of change management methodology.
- Demonstrated aptitude with, and ability to learn new technologies and systems.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging stakeholders from clinical and IT environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in health or equivalent professional experience.
