About the Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to join us in this impactful role focused on evaluating new service delivery models and supporting reform across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
As the Evaluation Lead – Strategy and Reform, you will:
- Collaborate with senior executives, clinicians, and program leads to align service changes with NSW Health strategy utilising Quadruple Aim.
- Prepare clear, evidence-based reports, business cases, and briefings that influence high-level decision-making.
- Deliver data analysis that directly informs clinical redesign, funding decisions, and resource allocation across the District.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in health economics, evaluation, applied analytics or a related field, or equivalent work and study experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing business cases, economic appraisals and strategic briefings.
- A collaborative and consultative approach, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders across clinical, policy and finance teams.
