  4. Superior analytical skills and demonstrated experience in the analysis of complex information to improve organisational performance.
  5. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and extensive experience in influencing stakeholders and customers to achieve business objectives.
  6. Recruitment marketing experience within a complex organisation and proven experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of novel marketing strategies.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrating the ability to effectively collaborate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
