  1. Electrical trade certificate qualifications relevant to the position and a current electrical license
  2. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and successfully undertake work in a busy, dynamic role with a minimum of supervision with requirements of a current Class C Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence.
  3. Experience in the maintenance of electrical systems, plant and equipment, normally found in large Hospitals or large multi storey facilities
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of Emergency Generators and their associated switching systems
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of Electrical systems including but not limited too Nurse Call, C-bus lighting and Nexus emergency lighting or show a willingness to be trained
  6. Demonstrated knowledge of mandatory testing e.g. Testing and Tagging and Residual Current Device (RCD) testing procedures
  7. The ability to interpret and utilise electrical wiring and schematic drawings in equipment installation and repairs.
  8. Timely completion of relevant work management dockets including completion/sign off of appropriate Building Information Management System demonstrating computer literacy with respect to Microsoft Office, Rauland Nurse Call, C-bus lighting and Nexus emergency lighting Works Order documentation (i.e. AFMO).
