What you will bring to the role

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications, for example in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Management or substantial experience in managing a team in a large, complex and diverse service industry.
  2. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage a team with a commitment to high standards of customer service, professionalism and quality improvement.
  3. High level analytical and quality improvement experience and skills. Experience in developing, implementing, and reporting on key performance indicators/measures.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency using computer applications and workforce systems to monitor improvement program outcomes.
  5. Demonstrated high-level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain highly professional, positive and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated high-level organisational skills with experience in balancing strategic and operational management needs.
  7. Demonstrated understanding and experience in financial management
