Essential Requirements:
- Qualification: A Diploma qualification which meets the criteria defined in Children’s Services Education and Care Services National Regulation 2011 and a pproved child protection qualification (Statement of Attainment)
Selection Criteria:
- Applied knowledge of early education and care with reference to the Early Years Learning Framework
- Ability to contribute in a team teaching situation
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate quality improvement strategies and evaluate outcomes
- Approved child protection qualification (Statement of Attainment)
- Current first aid and emergency anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications/training
- A working knowledge of operational requirements and understanding of the provision of education and care to children
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
