The Role
We’re currently looking for Digital Operations Analysts to provide onsite assistance, information, and support to users to solve reported issues, prepare devices and technical equipment to support all employees within JHNSW and its clients. The overall aim is to provide excellent frontline customer service and assist the business with their use of IT systems and services.
This position will work closely with all departments within the Digital team and will ensure the delivery of reliable and secure Digital Health Services to a broad range of stakeholders, whilst seeking to improve systems to ensure quality patient centred care. Being a team player, you will be well organised with strong technical knowledge, being solution focused and able to effectively perform in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
