About the Opportunity
Department at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals in a temporary full time or part time Dietitian role. This is a rotational position with opportunity to work in a variety of clinical areas including inpatient and outpatient settings in adults and paediatrics. Initial allocations will account for clinician experience and clinical demand. Campbelltown Hospital is currently undergoing a significant redevelopment which will provide new and expanded clinical services.

 

What You'll be Doing
This position is responsible for providing patient centered and high quality nutrition services to patients in SWSLHD including providing nutritional care to patients as per caseload; provide and participate in education and evaluation; supervise students as appropriate; and participate in ongoing professional development, quality improvement and research as required.

  1. Post graduate qualification or Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics as recognized by the Dietitians Association of Australia. 
  2. Relevant clinical experience and good knowledge of current Dietetics Practices.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group education skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability and commitment to quality improvement
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of the team
  6. Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development and evidence based practice
  7. Excellent computer skills including CBORD
