Salary Range: $127,150 per annum - $144,444 per annum + super and benefits
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Contracts Manager provides expert technical contracts/procurement advice on policies, procedures, systems and standards to key stakeholders undertaking procurement planning, sourcing and contract management activities, to enable them to meet business needs and policy compliances.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will engage with cross-functional stakeholders, offering guidance on best practices and systems to ensure effective contract delivery and management across the organization. By collaborating with business stakeholders, they will develop innovative procurement strategies that mitigate risks, align with business objectives, manage contracts, and ensure benefits are realised. Additionally, the role involves gathering market data, analysing supplier performance, and creating mechanisms to develop contracts and procurement activities.
The candidate will proactively identify and manage risks in political, commercial, operational, and other areas, providing strategic advice to maximize value for money. The position holder will also offer governance and support to the business to ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards while mentoring and coaching business teams to strengthen their capabilities and ensure adherence to contracts and monitor service-level agreements.
