About the role

 

The Content Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and creating video content that informs the public and NSW Health system of important health messages for the NSW Ministry of Health.

 

This role supports the Senior Content Creator and Social Media Manager by leading video projects, developing high quality video content that is clear in its messaging, engaging and meets industry standards.

Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 - $122,058 p.a. (plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week)

What you'll be doing 

  • Use your knowledge and experience as a content creator to lead the development of creative briefs that outline outputs, talent and schedules for video projects.
  • Film projects, ensuring lighting and audio meet industry standards and requirements of the brief.
  • Offer real time feedback and direction to onscreen talent to create engaging content.
  • Edit accessible videos that meet brief requirements, NSW brand guidelines and technical requirements across a wide range of mediums.
  • Identify new opportunities, technology and social media channels that will enhance campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide recommendations and advice to stakeholders regarding effective content creation and targeting audiences for channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Act as lead for urgent and emergency communications activities and campaigns resulting from emerging issues.

    About you 

     

    • Content creator or videographer with proven experience creating content from ideation to delivery
    • In-depth understating of production with practical experience in lighting, cameras and audio equipment.
    • Extensive knowledge of post-production with the ability to craft a story for final delivery using editing software.
    • The ability to work in a small collaborative team environment.
    • Effective project manager who is comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve communication objectives.
    • The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
