This position is responsible for provision of support and advisory service to the MLHD Manager Consumer Feedback and Engagement on the management of consumer feedback processes across the MLHD.
This role provides information and investigatory reports on consumer feedback systems. The role includes project management of investigations, engagement with consumers and their carers in the effective management of feedback. This includes compliments, complaints and service improvement suggestions.
The role provides high level support and advice on the management of consumer of consumer feedback, open disclosure in relation to adverse clinical events and consumer safety and clinical quality within the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
