About Your Role

The Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) is in-charge of all aspects both strategically and operationally of the provision of community nursing services for allocated cluster and takes overall responsibility for the standard of patient care within this community cluster.

The NUM is pivotal to the coordination of patient care, leading and managing the delivery of high quality primary and community health services which meet the needs of the community, in alignment with identified strategic directions of Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD).
