About the Opportunity
Join the Finance team at SDPR and help shape key decisions that drive innovation and growth in healthcare. As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll support Senior Analysts with financial and commercial insights for strategic initiatives, from regulatory planning to new investments.
You’ll analyse data, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning—turning numbers into meaningful results.
In this role, you will:
- Drive accurate forecasting and budgeting by critically reviewing data from non-finance teams, identifying key financial and non-financial trends, analysing variances, and developing comprehensive budget forecasts and financial analyses.
- Interpret and communicate complex financial information via analysis and management reporting to support informed decision-making across the organisation.
- Provide expert financial advice and coaching to business leaders, supporting budget planning, capital investment cases, cost modelling, and effective financial management.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related field, with full or ongoing membership with a recognised Australian professional accounting body—or you bring extensive equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, with experience in financial consultation, reporting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and managing budget processes within a division or business area.
