Selection Criteria: 

  1. Tertiary qualifications in related field (qualifications and/or experience in health/project management/change management)
  2. Experience in Primary or Acute care setting either in service delivery, commissioning or service coordination
  3. Demonstrated high level communication skills, both written and oral, including interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation and consultation skills
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment as well as build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools to lead change management activities
  6. Demonstrated relational leadership behaviours that shape a workplace culture embodying CORE values and continuous learning together with mutual respect, having a disposition to mindfulness in all actions with an awareness and application of the Code of Conduct.
