Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in related field (qualifications and/or experience in health/project management/change management)
- Experience in Primary or Acute care setting either in service delivery, commissioning or service coordination
- Demonstrated high level communication skills, both written and oral, including interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation and consultation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment as well as build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools to lead change management activities
- Demonstrated relational leadership behaviours that shape a workplace culture embodying CORE values and continuous learning together with mutual respect, having a disposition to mindfulness in all actions with an awareness and application of the Code of Conduct.
