Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health related field.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage staff within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Proven understanding of the health impacts and key clinical practice issues in relation to violence, abuse, and neglect – particularly in regard to trauma informed models of care and complex case management.
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to implement relevant legislation, National and State policies relating to violence, abuse, and neglect.
- Demonstrated experience of project management methodologies and change management principles (including strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Demonstrated negotiation and networking skills, particularly maintaining positive relationships and partnerships both within ISLHD as well as working within a cross-agency environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of NSW Health CORE values and relevant EEO and WHS standards.
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence.
