About the role:
We currently have full-time and part-time permanent clinical pharmacist positions available as well as long- and short-term contracts.

Pharmacists working in these roles ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services across various hospital settings. They involve clinical care, medication management, and patient education. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Dispensing medications safely and accurately.
  • Providing clinical pharmacy services and medication reviews.
  • Supporting patient medication counselling and education.
  • Working within multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal care.


We also encourage Grade 1 and Grade 2 Pharmacists to apply for these roles.

The applicant will receive on the job mentoring and support and they will also have the opportunity to attend both internal and external continuing professional develop opportunities.

About you:
The key skills/capabilities/attributes we are looking for include, a pharmacist who can:

  • Support patient-centred care through quality pharmacy services.
  • Work within multidisciplinary teams for optimal health outcomes.
  • Engages in clinical pharmacy, education, and medication safety.
  • Follows NSW Health policies and national pharmacy standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately.


Requirements:

  • Registered as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).
