The Wellbeing Health In-reach Nurse Coordinator (WHIN) Program is responsible for identifying the health, wellbeing, and social needs of school-aged children and young people, and coordinating early intervention, assessments, and referrals to appropriate services. Working in designated local primary and secondary schools, you will apply your specialist clinical nursing knowledge to provide complex care coordination for students, their families, and school staff. The role involves close collaboration with school wellbeing teams, principals, GPs, mental health services, and other community services to ensure comprehensive support.

Requirements:
Our successful candidate will possess the following:
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Working with Children Check
- National Criminal Record Check
- Current NSW State driver's licence (including P1 or above) and willingness to travel for work purposes
