Clinical Nurse Specialist – Mental Health Intensive Care Unit
Mental Health Drug & Alcohol
About the role
Join our dedicated team at Mental Health Drug & Alcohol (MHDA) Bloomfield Campus as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS). This is a unique opportunity to provide specialised, intensive multidisciplinary care for adults facing complex mental health challenges who cannot be safely managed in a standard acute inpatient setting.
We seek a passionate mental health nurse with extensive experience who will bring a forward-thinking, positive attitude to foster clinical excellence, drive research initiatives, and provide professional leadership. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping high-quality care for our most vulnerable consumers.
The Mental Health Intensive Care Unit (MHICU) focuses on multidisciplinary assessment and provides short-term involuntary inpatient treatment for adults experiencing acute phases of mental illness or disorder.
