Essential Criteria:
 
Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing,  Post registration qualification in education (eg Cert IV TAE), or equivalent education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer and commitment to obtain qualification within 12 months of employment.
Registration: Current Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA 
 
Selection Criteria:
  1. Recent and relevant Post graduate clinical experience in an acute care setting.
  2. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills, including the ability to work unsupervised and manage competing priorities.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated experience delivering education and understanding of learning and assessment principles.
  5. Demonstrated ability to complete competency based-assessments.
  6. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to utilise technology to deliver education (eg simulation, Moodle, virtual delivery).
  7. Demonstrated clinical expertise and professional role modelling.
  8. Current Driver's Licence valid in Australia
