About the role
Lismore Base Hospital is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 3 to join our team, specialising in Complex Acute Aged Care.
In this pivotal role, you will provide expert clinical leadership, coordination, consultancy, and support across acute aged care nursing services within the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD). Your advanced knowledge and strategic input will help drive quality outcomes for older people, their families, and carers across the Network.
Working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, you will lead initiatives that improve patient care, foster evidence-based practices, and support systemic change. You’ll also play a crucial role in reviewing clinical practice standards, policies, and procedures related to aged care, ensuring alignment with current best practice.
