Remuneration: $131,870.89 – $134,500.69 per annum

What you'll be doing 
Join a leading national Islet Transplant team at Westmead Hospital. This clinical role supports life-changing transplants and research.

• Coordinating and managing islet transplant clinical services
• Leading data collection, analysis, and national reporting
• Driving quality care through education and leadership
• Collaborating in national and international clinical trials
• Promoting innovation in transplant care and public awareness

Essential Criteria:

• Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation  Agency (AHPRA) 

Selection Criteria:

1. At least 5 years full time equivalent post registration nursing experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
2. Post graduate qualifications relevant to the speciality.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
4. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and improved health care outcomes, with appropriate computer and research skills.
5. Proven excellent interpersonal, communication and teaching skills.
6. Ability to provide education and counselling for patients and families potentially receiving islet Transplant.
