About the Opportunity
We are recruiting two experienced Clinical Business Analysts to support major digital health and Redevelopment initiatives across SWSLHD. These roles are essential in translating clinical and business needs into actionable solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with clinicians, project managers, digital health teams, and external vendors to deliver safe, sustainable, and innovative healthcare solutions. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to the future of healthcare delivery.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of clinical and business processes across hospital settings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and clearly communicate complex requirements—using visualisation tools and techniques where appropriate.
  • Contribute to major hospital redevelopment projects by working with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g. HI, eHealth) to support business case development, functional briefs, and prioritisation activities.
  • Contribute to strategy development and execution, aligning business analysis with broader organisational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, document workflows, conduct benefits analysis, and contribute to lifecycle management and process improvement.
  • Apply structured problem-solving approaches to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with clinical safety, quality standards, and operational continuity.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and contribute to high-quality outcomes within structured delivery frameworks.

 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in clinical or hospital redevelopment environments—clinical knowledge is essential.
  • Proven success in business analysis within large health organisations.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify and visualise complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Benefits Management expertise, including identifying, tracking, and realising value from initiatives.
  • Agile delivery experience, with familiarity in tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, including Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 Agile.

What You'll be Doing
The purpose of the Senior Clinical Analyst is to provide the clinical program and projects with clinical and business expertise to integrate the new solutions into effective and efficient clinical and business practices and ensure that the change activities support delivery of a safe, sustainable solution and that maintains patient safety and quality. 

Actively involved in co-ordination of requests to ICT, facilitation of workshops, benefits analysis, lifecycle management, process reviews and improvements, options analysis and reporting.
