  1. Demonstrated extensive experience managing the review and analysis of ICT business and clinical processes in services within a large health or hospital organization.
  2. Demonstrated experience in conducting business process redesign, documentation of workflow, data flow analysis diagrams, benefits realization and change management document.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and to confidently achieve high quality outcomes while adhering to government policies and organizational practices within a structured delivery framework.
  4. Extensive experience in supporting delivery of business outcomes, to time and expected levels of quality, including the ability to manage risks and issues within a project.
  5. Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to show initiative including a positive attitude and an ability to find ways to work around obstacles.
  6. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems when and where required with only minimal guidance from senior management.
  7. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organization to achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Knowledge of project management and computer systems including PRINCE2, proficient in Microsoft Office Product suite including Visio and Project.
