Essential Criteria:

Qualifications: Post graduate qualifications in child and family health nursing and Adult or Perinatal mental health or working towards, and at least 3 years fulltime equivalent clinical experience working with families in the Perinatal period
Registration: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)

 

Selection Criteria:

  1. Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) plus post graduate qualifications in child and family health nursing and Adult or Perinatal mental health or working towards, and at least 3 years fulltime equivalent clinical experience working with families in the Perinatal period
  2. Demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with the Registered Nurse Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, and Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  3. Demonstrated ability to provide complex care and advanced clinical skills in care planning and service provision for families with children aged 0 to 5 years with identified psychosocial and/or emotional difficulties.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary health care team.
  5. Demonstrated clinical expertise, and the ability to lead and foster innovation to enhance care provision within child and family health.
  6. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership including education and quality improvement within the specialty of child and family health during the Perinatal period
  7. Demonstrated effective communication including verbal written and interpersonal skills and information technology skills to provide a high level of care for complex and vulnerable families.
  8. NSW Driver’s license and willingness to use for work purpose
