About the Role
Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
The CMT Operations Manager provides sound managerial support in planning, development, coordination and operation of the Department of Cell & Molecular Therapies, in close liaison with the Head of Department (HoD) and the Research and Development Manager (R&D Manager). CMT at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital is a service within Sydney Local Health District committed to the development and delivery of novel cell and genetic therapies for improvement in the quality of life and survival of patients.

Ideal Candidate
- A qualification in a relevant health profession, relevant tertiary qualifications such as post graduate management qualifications or equivalent or substantial work experience in a management role.
- Demonstrated accountability in managing complex human resource, administrative and financial processes, including budget development, management and acquittal.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of policies related to managing human and financial resources.
