About the Role

Are you a nursing or midwifery student who has completed your first year of study? We’d love to welcome you to our team.  We are seeking dedicated individuals for casual Assistant in Midwifery roles. Shifts are available across a 7-day roster, including days, nights, and weekends.


In this role, you’ll support our midwifery teams by providing direct patient care, assisting with interventions, and contributing to health documentation—always under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife. Your care and communication will help ensure a safe and supportive environment for every patient.

About You

  • You’ve completed a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (HLT33115) or have finished at least one year of a midwifery degree.
  • You're a strong communicator with a team-focused attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • You bring recent relevant experience, a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.
