We are currently seeking two experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Educators to join our team in permanent part-time roles at Gosford Hospital.
About the Role
2 Roles - Medical Assessment Unit & Renal and Medical Oncology Unit
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in building the clinical capability of our nursing workforce through the delivery of high-quality education programs. You'll provide day-to-day clinical education, one-on-one support, and in-services to meet both individual and team learning needs, while fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
- Do you hold current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, along with relevant post-registration qualifications or equivalent clinical and educational experience in your specialty area?
- Are you experienced in delivering clinical education, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and assessment, and confident in using relevant clinical technologies?
- Can you demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently?
