There are a number of excellent private and public primary and secondary schools in the Eurobodalla area. We have an airport with flights to Sydney and Melbourne, and it’s only 2 hours’ drive to Canberra International Airport for overseas travel with direct flights to Singapore and Wellington.

This position will be required to work within the Eurobodalla Health Service providing services at both Batemans Bay and Moruya Hospitals Emergency Departments.
Provide contemporary comprehensive emergency services for optimal patient outcomes. 

Provide and support training to clinicians across multiple disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice.

This exciting opportunity is to work as Career Medical Officer Grade 2 in clinical roles for the right candidates. We are a mixed Emergency Service with approximately 24000 presentations annually.

  1. Evidence of Medical Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  2. Experience working as a single Practitioner in charge of a emergency department for at least 12 months at the level of PGY 4 and above.
  3. Demonstrated high level of communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and harmoniously as a team member.
  5. Demonstrated evidence concerning continuing medical education.
  6. Commitment to participate in an equitable medical roster, including evenings and weekend shifts.
