About the Role

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The primary purpose of the role is to provide clinical cardiology diagnostic services for the ECG Department, clinical and technical assistance during invasive and non-invasive diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures and support the Department of Cardiology in the safe delivery of high quality inpatient and outpatient services.

Ideal Candidate 

  • Currently has Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent and CPR Certification. For Grade 2, postgraduate qualifications in Electrophysiological Studies, or competencies deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Has proven experience with Exercise Stress Testing, Holter Monitoring, Tilt Table Testing and Cardiac Catheterisation. For Grade 1, willingness to complete in-house training.
  • Willing to participate in a rotational on-call roster for urgent coronary angiography and stress testing.
