About the role
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we’re enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Continuity Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll support the Business Continuity and Compliance Manager by coordinating administrative activities and contributing to the smooth delivery of key risk, compliance, and resilience initiatives.

Your work will help ensure the organisation is prepared for unexpected disruptions, and that our teams and systems remain robust, informed, and well-supported.

Health Manager level 1, starting salary from $84,436 - $112,331 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.

What you’ll be doing
Each day will be different and always exciting. Defining a typical day, you would likely encounter the following:

  • Facilitate a Business Impact Assessment workshop with senior representatives of the Branch.
  • Facilitate a BC Plan Hypothetical Test
  • Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
  • Manage part of a project assignment, e.g. Software Request for Proposal
  • Develop a crisis simulation to exercise the crisis team.


About you:
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:  

  • Strong coordination and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator who builds strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership of tasks and contributes to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools is highly desirable.
