Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with the proven ability to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes; through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures and organisation change.
  2. Demonstrated experience with applying and monitoring the use of modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, appropriate for business needs.
  3. Proven experience in Stakeholder Management with the ability to identify the communications needs of each stakeholder group in conjunction with business owners and subject matter experts, as well as translate communications / stakeholder engagement strategies into specific tasks.
  4. Demonstrated experience with the analysis of business processes; including identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility, and recommending new approaches and demonstrated experience in evaluating the factors which must be addressed in the change program and in establishing requirements for the implementation of changes in the business processes.
  5. Experience with facilitating the scoping and business priority setting for large or complex changes, including identifying the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative and driving the requirements elicitation process with regard to required stakeholder input.
  6. Extensive effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, motivational and change management skills with a focus on maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholder groups and an ability to lead programs of work in a complex environment.
  7. Demonstrated ability working in Agile or other software development environments to address organisational change requirements through the preparation of business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks.
  8. Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
