About this role

We are delivering a large transformational program consolidating information from NSW Health websites into a single, user-centric NSW Government website.

 

As a Business Analyst within the Strategic Communications and Engagement branch, you will play an important role gathering business requirements to help define, develop and implement a multi-stream program of work.

 

You will work closely with teams across NSW Health and other NSW Government agencies to support project and program objectives, including the review and analysis of digital channels and user data.

 

This role reports to the Digital Program Manager.

 

Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 - $122,058 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

 

  • Facilitate and manage requirements gathering activities with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points and to gather, document and analyse the requirements on each project.

 

  • Collection and analysis of information, including investigating issues and analysing user insights and feedback to help inform recommendations for service improvements.

 

  • Identify and document operational processes and workflows to support improvements in project and program efficiencies.

 

  • Participate in the project team’s agile practices, incusing attending stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives.

 

  • Support the Program Manager in project and program risk, issue and governance activities.
