  1. Qualification recognised for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia. Occupational Therapist must have experience as a Level 2 clinician. A bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Evidence of extensive clinical experience, inclusive of experience as a Level 2 Speech Pathologist Allied Health paediatric role working with children who have developmental support needs.
  2. Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete, and share quality improvement activities or service evaluation processes, with experience in clinical case review and reporting.
  3. Demonstrate proficiency in working autonomously with limited supervision. Ability to prioritise work, manage a demanding workload, apply high-level reasoning skills, and use independent professional judgement.
  4. Proficiency in using advanced computer applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with children, parents, caregivers, and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation. Ability to contribute to team professional development and capacity-building.
