As Associate Director Culture and Employee Experience you will drive innovative programs and strategies that grow, engage and retain the leaders of today and tomorrow. This is your opportunity to influence workplace culture policy and practice across one of Australia’s largest and most complex health systems, directly impacting the quality of care for the people of NSW.

You’ll work alongside senior executives and stakeholders to design solutions that make a real difference, while leading a dedicated team committed to workforce excellence. With a focus on innovation, collaboration and impact, this role offers both challenge and reward in equal measure.

Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $149,739 - $173,174 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing
As Associate Director, Culture and Employee Experience, you will:

  • Lead and deliver Culture and Employee Experience programs and initiatives across NSW Health.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to provide advice on workforce policy and culture and staff experience strategy.
  • Oversee a small team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
  • Research, analyse and evaluate workforce trends to inform policy and program design.
  • Prepare high-quality briefings, reports and recommendations for senior leaders.
