About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide operational, professional and clinical leadership to the Allied Health Teams including Occupational Therapy, Diversional Therapy, Social Work, Psychology and smaller Allied Health discipline streams based at Orange Bloomfield Health Services.

The Allied Health Manager will also provide strategic and professional leadership for MHDA Allied Health Staff within Western NSW Local Health District by ensuring the delivery of efficient, effective and high quality clinical care to patient / clients.

As a member of the MHDA Executive team you’ll bring to the role a comprehensive understanding of service budget management, resource allocation and policy implementation. With a high level of analytical thinking skills, you’ll have the ability to make decisions, solve unusual and complex systemic problems and develop effective practical solutions.
