Essential Criteria
Qualification: Qualification: Certificate III/ relevant qualification or Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance/relevant qualification or currently enrolled in training for a Certificate IV in AHA or relevant qualification
Selection Criteria
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance/relevant qualification or currently enrolled in training for a Certificate IV in AHA or relevant qualification
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a health environment
- Demonstrated ability to work as a contributing member of the allied health team
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload delegated by supervising AHP’s, meet deadlines and complete activities within scope of practice, seeking assistance as required
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications
- Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles and how it applies to the duties of the position
- Demonstrated ability to work within a healthcare service or professional care giving capacity, in a positive manner enhancing the client’s ability to achieve positive outcomes and personal goals
