About Your Role

As the Adult Mental Health Clinician you will play a crucial role within the Temora Community Mental Health team providing critical mental health crisis intervention services to individuals within the community.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessments, evidence based treatment and case management services to adults referred to the service with psychological disorders and psychiatric illnesses
  • Daily clinical duties such as triage, assessment, care planning and implementation of therapeutic interventions to support patients/clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals
  • Participating in a collaborative care models, communicating effectively with patients/ clients/ carers and other healthcare team members/colleagues.
