This Monday to Friday role (7:00am – 3:30pm), will see you provide essential administrative support that contributes to the delivery of high-quality care and smooth operation of the unit.
- Performing ward clerk duties including as answering telephones, data entry, and customer service
- Ordering and maintaining stock, stores, and supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors both in person and over the phone
- Supporting the team in maintaining an efficient, organised, and welcoming environment
You will receive comprehensive initial training, along with ongoing support and mentorship to ensure you feel confident and thrive in this role.
