The location for this position is negotiable for Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie

What you'll be doing
We are seeking an experienced lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality administrative services including management of administrative staff and administrative procedures.
This is an exciting new role with the primary purpose of this position is delivery of administration services across the Mid North Coast Cancer Institute (MNCCI) in the Mid North Coast Local Health District, this includes providing high level managerial, strategic, and operational support to the administration team. 

About You 
You should apply for this role if you have:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in management and leadership or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.

High level of leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people.

Demonstrated sound time management and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines within defined resources ensuring targets are met.

Managing, coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff through performance improvement and development.
