About the Opportunity
Join our System Configuration Team at SDPR as a Working Group Support Officer and be part of something that truly impacts healthcare. In this role, you'll help bring Design Working Groups (DWGs) to life—coordinating, reporting, and supporting projects that drive real change. You’ll be at the heart of our mission, providing vital administrative support to keep projects on track and aligned with SDPRIA’s vision for a better healthcare future.
In this role, you will:
- Be at the forefront of establishing and optimising DWGs by coordinating core activities and assisting the management team in identifying efficiencies that boost stakeholder engagement and overall group performance.
- Deliver high-quality project and administrative support by preparing reports, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and monitoring plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to standard.
- Champion collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams to advance projects within the Clinical Solutions Design Governance Framework, promoting effective stakeholder engagement and timely results.
- Champion continuous improvement by actively supporting change initiatives, prioritising critical tasks, and proposing innovative strategies to boost team efficiency and project outcomes.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Experienced in high-level administrative and project support for complex ICT projects in fast-paced service industries, backed by relevant qualifications and proven results.
