- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in workforce planning and development.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and project management skills in a health service context, with the ability to lead and engage teams to adopt new systems of improved service delivery.
- Demonstrated highly developed analysis skills with an outcome focus.
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) including the ability to prepare complex briefs, reports and submissions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
- Current driver licence and ability to travel throughout Northern NSW Local Health District.
