About The Opportunity
The Workforce Support and Analytics Officer is responsible for a range of administrative and clerical and project support to enable the effective delivery of services provided by the Employment Hub, Workforce Reporting to SWSLHD. In addition, the position will assist in producing regular reporting and provide value added workforce metrics, analysis, reporting, solutions and performance against workforce key performance indicators. The position may be subject to rotation to equivalently graded positions in other sections of the Employment Hub.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Producing, automating, and distributing workforce-related reports.
- Developing dashboards and data visualisations to provide meaningful insights.
- Investigating data inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy.
- Supporting internal stakeholders with data and reporting enquiries.
- Learning and using automation tools to enhance reporting processes.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Attention to detail – Ensuring reports and data are accurate.
- Strong communication skills – Collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving – Bringing fresh ideas to improve processes.
- Technical proficiency – Comfortable using Excel, with an interest in automation (Power BI, Power Platform, or similar tools is a bonus).
