Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience in Workers Compensation claims management and the ability to interpret relevant legislation and apply appropriately.
  2. High level written, verbal and negotiation skills and the ability to deal with a range of sensitive and complex matters in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Demonstrated ability to analyse and problem solve complex Workers Compensation matters.
  4. High level computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft applications, HR information systems including database systems.
  5. Ability to establish, develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with senior management, staff and other key internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Ability to coach, mentor and provide training to other staff as required, work autonomously and as part of a team.
  7. High level organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  8. Hold a current class C drivers licence.
