About the Opportunity
Join SDPR as Transition Manager in our Clinical Systems and Transformation Delivery team and make a real impact in healthcare. You’ll lead the design and rollout of new and improved services, ensuring smooth transitions into everyday operations that enhance service delivery for NSW Health customers.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategic implementation and expansion of the Path to Production (P2P) and Service Design Council models to ensure effective Service Design and Transition throughout the SDPR lifecycle, including Epic module delivery for Tranche A and beyond.
- Drive enhancement and leverage of SDPR models and emerging IT4IT Value frameworks to empower Demand Management, Program Delivery, Service Owners, Suppliers, and Portfolio Leads—accelerating readiness and deployment.
- Influence key stakeholders to align service design with key program processes, ensure quality artefacts, and act as the escalation point for Service Design and Transition issues within SDPRIA.
- Champion the development and management of the Service Acceptance process for SDPRIA, driving strict oversight and approval of scope, Epic build compliance, and transition readiness to ensure seamless delivery.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Proven track record in Service Delivery Management within large, complex environments, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience across multiple ITIL v3 disciplines—including Service Strategy, Transition, and Operation—with a strong focus on Service Design and Transition.
