Demonstrated experience delivering skills-based and/or software application training in an operational environment as well as a record of achievement in delivery of adult learning in a large and complex service environment.
Demonstrated experience in supporting the development of learning materials.
Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to make practical recommendations to increase engagement and adoption.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines.
Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Teams, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Current Unencumbered Class C Driver's License with the capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health Pathology service locations to deliver training and support.
Experience working in an operational role within the pathology or health context relevant to the role.
