Selection Criteria

 

  1. Current or recent experience working in a hospital setting with a demonstrated understanding of workflows within a Health setting.
  2. Experience using PC applications, including Microsoft Word/Excel, and computerised clinical information systems e.g. Cerner Millennium Scheduling, PowerChart FirstNet and SurgiNet.
  3. Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to establish priorities effectively.
  4. Demonstrated experience in delivering customised training in health or other ICT systems and relay information in a way which embeds learning with end users.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, taking direction and supporting the team in areas and times of peak workload as well as being able to work autonomously to drive outcomes.
  6. Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate (written and verbal) with a broad range of staff including clinicians, management and technical staff.
  7. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks to achieve deadlines.
  8. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
