- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Commitment and ability to perform as an Unaccredited Trainee in Vascular Surgery with participation in the on call Vascular Surgery roster
- Demonstrated teamwork, time management and problem solving skills in the clinical setting
- Demonstration of clinical competence in managing surgical patients
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex hospital based clinical environment
- Evidence of continued professional development specific to Vascular Surgery and commitment to self-education and teaching undergraduates and post-graduates
- Evidence of Vascular Surgery specific research projects completed or being undertaken
- At least three years' post graduate experience in public hospital service (or equivalent)
