  1. MBBS or equivalent, currently registered, or eligible for registration, with the Medical Board of Australia.
  2. Successfully completed all FRANZCOG examinations and in year 5 or above of the training program.
  3. Excellent theoretical knowledge and clinical judgement.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical team - diligence, punctuality, organization, record keeping, time management, problem solving skills, team work.
  5. Excellent communication (verbal and written) with patients, their families, medical and non-medical colleagues.
  6. Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and expert clinical care.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing advanced training education, research and teaching.
  8. Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
