What you'll be doing
This role involves supporting Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to maximise patient outcomes. You will assist in therapy sessions and administrative tasks in both hospital and community settings.
- Assisting with treatment strategies under supervision
- Completing documentation and maintain accurate records
- Preparing therapy resources and materials
- Helping with patient-related shopping tasks
- Participating in professional development and supervision
How to Apply
Selection Criteria:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Ability to work professionally in a team.
- Sewing ability.
- Basic computer skills including use of email, internet, word processing and digital photography.
- Willingness to learn new computer programs.
- Previous experience working with people with disabilities.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence valid within Australia.
