  1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  2. Demonstrated advanced interpersonal and communication skills including problem solving, balancing competing demands and conflict resolution.

  3. Demonstrated ability to engage, enable and manage teams

  4. Demonstrated relevant clinical nursing experience with postgraduate nursing qualifications in specialty or management, or working towards same.

  5. Understanding of the complexities of the paediatric tertiary referral environment.

  6. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of health care services.

  7. High level computer literacy.
